About the role

The PRN RN will join the G50/G51 Medical Intensive Care Units at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, providing critical care to high‑acuity patients and supporting a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and follow physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (upon hire or within one year).
Two years of recent related nursing experience (or internal candidates post‑orientation).

Required skills

RN licensure.
BLS certification.
ACLS certification.
