PRN Registered Nurse – Clinic (Part-time)

About the role

Premise Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to work clinic hours (7 a.m.–9 p.m.) in its Atlanta location. The nurse will provide direct nursing care to employees, contractors, and visitors at the health center.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patient care needs, conduct assessments, obtain vital signs and perform required medical tests.
• Provide treatment within the scope of state law and collaborate with physicians or other licensed practitioners for further care.
• Perform occupational health screenings such as EKG, audiometry, spirometry, and vision tests.
• Document assessments, treatments, medications, discharge instructions, and follow‑up care accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment, follow infection‑control procedures, and protect patient privacy.

Required profile

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Certificate from an accredited nursing school (A.S.) – BSN preferred.
• At least three years of experience in emergency, occupational health, or ambulatory care settings.
• Current Basic Life Support certification; ACLS may be required.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (AHA/ARC) and possibly Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of occupational health screening equipment (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision).
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations.
