PRN Nursing Operations Manager

As a PRN Nursing Operations Manager you will support nurse growth and development while overseeing patient flow and staffing across the hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and ensure appropriate placement, facilitation and expedition of all patient flow transactions, including direct and emergency admissions and transfers.
• Address significant patient issues and staffing needs throughout the hospital and modify staffing arrangements to ensure equity.
• Communicate changes with relevant leaders.
• Manage the patient experience across the organization to optimize resources and maintain a safe, efficient environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and current RN licensure.
• Minimum three years of acute‑care nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Preferred: at least one year of management or leadership experience, preferably in critical care or emergency department.
