PRN CNA Home Health Care Caregiver

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care team as a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant, providing compassionate in‑home care to adults in the Raleigh area. You will support clients with daily living activities while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and ensure proper nutrition.
• Guide range‑of‑motion exercises and other prescribed activities.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Offer medication reminders and perform basic vital sign checks.

Required profile

• At least one year of work experience in a caregiving role.
• Successful completion of a recognized CNA training program and current certification.
• Strong passion for private home care and a commitment to quality, compassionate service.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for clients.
• Ability to travel to assigned client homes.
