About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part‑time Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and inspire a team delivering home health care to adult clients in Raleigh and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Visit adult clients and conduct assessments in Raleigh, NC and nearby locations.
- Develop care plans and oversee their execution.
- Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field.
- Facilitate new‑hire orientation and participate in training and in‑services for field staff.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of RN experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
