Retirement Community CNA – Day/Evening Shifts

About the role

BAYADA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care for adults in retirement community settings on day and evening shifts. You will support clients with daily living activities while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with household tasks including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and encourage proper nutrition.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
• Offer medication reminders and perform basic vital sign checks.

Required profile

• At least one year of CNA work experience.
• Certified Nursing Assistant credential from an approved training program.
• Strong empathy, patience, kindness, and respect for clients.
• Ability to travel to assigned client homes in the Raleigh area.
