About the role

TeachMe.To is looking for a passionate private pickleball coach to join its peer‑to‑peer lesson marketplace. You will work independently, set your own rates and schedule, and deliver one‑on‑one instruction to players eager to improve their game.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized coaching sessions that address each student’s skill level and goals.
• Develop lesson plans and drills that enhance technique, strategy, and confidence on the court.
• Create a supportive and enjoyable learning environment that motivates players of all ages.
• Apply innovative teaching methods and creative drills to ensure steady progress and high retention.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a pickleball coach, instructor, or teacher.
• Strong passion for pickleball and a desire to inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and motivate learners.
