Private Duty RN – Home Care

About the role

BAYADA is seeking registered nurses for one‑to‑one private duty home care in the Lehighton area. You will provide high‑quality, individualized nursing to clients of all ages and acuity levels, including advanced respiratory support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one private duty nursing in clients' homes.
• Provide advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Maintain flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences.
• Receive weekly pay and preventive care coverage.
• Accrue PTO and benefit from short commute matching.

Required profile

• Current valid nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Tracheostomy care.
• Ventilator management.
• Electronic charting using Statewise.
