Private Duty RN Clinical Manager

About the role

AdvisaCare Home Health Care is seeking a Nursing Supervisor of Private Duty for its Troy office. The role suits an independent, proactive and motivated nurse with home health care experience who can build strong relationships with staff and clients and manage multiple priorities. The position offers the chance to help grow the office with progressive rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee business and program development and coordinate with and provide oversight for the marketing team
• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans for the agency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and with State and Federal regulations for Private Duty
• Oversee patient care services delivered and supervise field work as needed
• Train staff on client-specific needs and conduct supervisory visits to ensure clients' needs are met

Required profile

• Registered Nurse license in Michigan
• CPR certified and proof of negative TB testing
• Minimum of two years of home health care leadership experience
• Hands-on patient care experience
