Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice Administrator

About the role

AdvisaCare is looking for a Registered Nurse to become Hospice Administrator, a leadership role shaping the future of its Hospice Division. The position leads and supports multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division
• Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
• Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and compassion
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
• Develop and mentor leadership staff
• Partner with executive leadership to advance the organization's mission and vision

Required profile

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
• Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
• Seasoned hospice leader comfortable with complexity and change
