Private Duty Home Care Executive Director

About the role

AdvisaCare Home Health Care is seeking a Private Duty Home Care Executive Director to lead and grow its home care agency in Michigan. The role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, manages staff and drives business growth while strengthening community relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Private Duty Home Care agency.
• Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Lead recruitment, training and evaluation of home care staff.
• Develop and implement strategic plans supporting business growth and service quality.
• Manage patient care services and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing to improve community outreach and referral sources.
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation and records.
• Provide hands-on patient care when necessary.

Required profile

• At least two years of leadership experience in home health care or a related field.
• Current Registered Nurse license or equivalent clinical background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
