Printing Associate

About the role

As a Printing Associate at ABC Imaging, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling their printing, production, and graphic communication needs with accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and print production teams, ensuring accurate communication of job specifications.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, quotes, and print orders via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide expert guidance on printing options, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications.
• Track and manage job progress, provide status updates, and proactively resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on‑time delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the printing, graphics, or print production industry preferred.
• Background in customer service, account coordination, or client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats and production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of PDF and InDesign file formats.
• Familiarity with print management or job tracking systems (a plus).
