About the role

As a Principal Software Engineer (RR Level 3) you will prototype and develop cutting‑edge technologies for high‑impact government missions. You will work directly on‑site with customers, translating analyst workflows into robust, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain applications that ingest, process, and analyze large data volumes for critical presidential‑level efforts.
Develop tools that support force protection, intelligence visualization, geospatial asset tracking, and AI/ML problem solving.
Collaborate with analysts to identify workflow gaps and deliver effective software solutions.

Required profile

Proven experience delivering complex software in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
Ability to work onsite at customer locations and obtain a polygraph clearance.
Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
