About the role

As a Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Management Pharma GTN Manager, you will provide consulting services that help pharmaceutical clients optimise pricing strategies, improve profitability and maximise customer value. You will lead project teams, manage client accounts and mentor junior staff while ensuring delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse pricing models and customer profitability to recommend optimal pricing strategies.
• Develop customer‑centric solutions that drive business growth and enhance client experience.
• Lead teams in strategic planning and execution of pricing and profitability initiatives.
• Assess market trends and pricing strategies using analytical thinking.
• Manage project budgets and execution to achieve profitability targets.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support revenue maximisation.
• Guide teams in creating customer value propositions and conducting market‑share analysis.
• Promote innovative technologies and best practices in pricing and promotions.
• Address conflicts and engage in critical conversations with clients and team members.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting or pharma pricing.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing client engagements.

Required skills

• Experience with GTN (Gross‑to‑Net) systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and business transformation capabilities.
• Ability to define functional and technical requirements for GTN models.
• Expertise in designing, building, testing and deploying GTN solutions.
