Pricing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑centric, data‑driven Pricing Analyst to support our Small Law Business segment. Based in Miamisburg, Ohio, you will work on a hybrid schedule, attending the office on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will help implement pricing strategy, respond to inquiries, and assist with proposals and contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to pricing inquiries and guide customer decision‑making by developing deep product knowledge.
• Collect, analyse and reconcile data, documents and information to create initial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure renewal targets, identify upsell opportunities and defend against price reductions.
• Assist Segment Managers with deal approval by providing pricing guidance, benchmarking data and ensuring compliance with selling rules.
• Complete business terms in contracts and coordinate modifications with Sales, Legal and Segment teams.
• Answer transactional pricing and cost‑recovery questions.
• Analyse pricing data and make recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence pricing strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and comfort working with numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve routine problems and manage large data sets.
• Organised, able to meet key deadlines and balance competing priorities.
• Team‑player mindset to achieve shared goals.
