President / Site Manager – US Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a President / Site Manager for the U.S. operations of Teufelberger Fiber Rope Corp. This senior leadership position combines commercial drive with full general‑management accountability, overseeing a manufacturing site of roughly 140 employees in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and corrective actions.
• Define and execute site strategy aligned with Group and Business Unit goals.
• Lead and develop a compact, hands‑on U.S. sales organization and manage key customer relationships.
• Drive business development in close collaboration with global Business Unit Leaders.
• Strengthen OEM, private‑label and key‑account business.
• Ensure operational stability, delivery reliability, quality, cost discipline and compliance with safety, environmental and legal standards.
• Allocate human and infrastructural resources to achieve business targets.
• Represent the company legally as President and senior executive.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a sales‑driven industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with full P&L responsibility or readiness to assume full general‑management accountability.
• Strong commercial mindset combined with the ability to lead operational teams.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic leadership style with high on‑site presence.
• Structured, results‑oriented and resilient change leader.
• Excellent communication skills and credibility with customers, employees and senior stakeholders.
