President – Executive Leadership Role

About the role

The President will lead North American Wax Company, LLC and its portfolio of European Wax Center locations, driving the next phase of transformation and growth. This executive will build a high‑caliber leadership team, optimize operations, and champion a people‑first culture across all centers.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L for all locations, delivering EBITDA growth through margin capture, revenue expansion, and cost control.
• Establish and manage a rigorous KPI framework, including target‑setting, dashboard reporting, weekly revenue cycles, and variance analysis.
• Guide new unit development, acquisition opportunities, and unit‑level performance enhancements.
• Maintain lender relationships and oversee capital management.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and hold accountable talent at all levels to ensure brand‑consistent service.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership experience in a multi‑unit, franchise or retail environment.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving profitability.
• Ability to develop scalable systems and data‑driven strategies.
• Excellent people‑management skills and a commitment to a people‑first culture.
