Key responsibilities

• Embrace Cadence Education’s philosophy and work with the teaching team to foster a nurturing classroom.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to deliver an engaging curriculum.
• Observe children’s interests, intervene for safety, and enhance play with language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage appropriate social behavior.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet all state preschool teacher requirements.
• High flexibility and willingness to work within business hours.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated classroom‑management skills preferred.
