About the role
We are seeking dependable, caring individuals to step in as substitute teachers for children ages 2–6 at our Adventure Kids Preschool. This on‑call, part‑time role supports classroom continuity and helps children grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
Key responsibilities
- Follow established lesson plans, classroom routines, and teacher expectations.
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and consistent classroom environment across various age groups and classrooms.
Required profile
- A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and willingness to model Biblical priorities and C3 core values.
- Successful completion of a C3‑initiated background check.
- Experience working with young children in an educational, childcare, or ministry setting.
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work scheduled substitute shifts as needed.
