Middle School Coordinator

About the role

The Middle School Coordinator will lead and develop the middle school ministry (grades 6–8) at C3, creating a Christ‑centered environment where students grow in faith, build relationships, and take steps in discipleship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly middle school gatherings, teaching and preaching age‑appropriate, culturally relevant biblical truth.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders, fostering a healthy team culture.
• Develop and implement a discipleship pathway for middle school students, guiding them toward salvation, baptism, spiritual habits, and service.
• Plan and execute youth ministry events such as camps, retreats, outreach, and special gatherings.
• Collaborate with the Youth Pastor and broader youth team to align programming with the overall ministry vision.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in student ministry, education, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
