Pre‑Sales Engineer – EHR Integrations & Security

About the role

Qualifacts is seeking a Pre‑Sales Engineer to act as the technical bridge between sales and prospective clients, focusing on EHR platform integrations and security architecture. The role is based in Nashville (or Tampa) and follows a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales executives to design integration solutions using HL7, FHIR, and API‑based workflows.
• Lead technical demos of CareLogic, Credible, and InSync platforms, highlighting security features such as audit logging and role‑based access control.
• Conduct discovery sessions to assess client infrastructure, interoperability goals, and data governance needs.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed architecture diagrams and security documentation.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to align customer requirements with roadmap features and ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in pre‑sales engineering, technical consulting, or software integration, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
