About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking experienced prep cooks to join the kitchen team at its seasonal venues. The role involves preparing high‑quality dishes, supporting multiple line stations, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and produce a variety of dishes according to approved recipes and guest orders.
Work on different kitchen line stations as needed and coordinate timing with the team.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food storage, following FIFO and sanitation guidelines.
Set up, stock stations, and replenish inventory throughout the shift.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen.
Excellent knife skills and proficiency with multiple cooking methods.
Ability to follow recipes precisely and work under pressure.
Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
