Prep Cook / Line Cook – Full‑Time

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a motivated Prep Cook/Line Cook to join its upscale restaurant teams across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The role involves preparing high‑quality dishes, supporting multiple kitchen stations, and ensuring consistent food standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce a variety of dishes according to approved recipes and guest orders.
• Work on different line stations as needed, coordinating timing with the kitchen team.
• Measure, weigh, and portion ingredients accurately, maintaining knowledge of allergens and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food‑safety compliance throughout the kitchen.
• Stock stations, rotate inventory using FIFO, and label all prepared items.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency with multiple cooking methods.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
