Premier Concierge Manager

About the role

The Residences at Rainier Square is seeking an experienced Concierge Manager to lead concierge and security services while overseeing resident relations. This role works directly with vendors, on‑site staff, and team members to ensure residents’ needs are met with exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train the concierge team, handling hiring, orientation, and performance management.
• Manage the security contractor, adjust schedules, and ensure coverage for holidays and garage areas.
• Implement and monitor the concierge program, adapting to resident needs and resolving issues.
• Serve as primary contact for resident relations, handling service requests, move‑in processes, cleaning, package handling, and delivery services.
• Maintain inventory of community supplies and oversee clubhouse and guest suite readiness.
• Prepare staff coverage calendars, lead team meetings, and produce monthly budget projections for events and expenses.

• Excellent customer service with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the local neighborhood to assist residents and guests.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, internet browsing, and basic office software.
