Leasing Manager – Luxury High‑Rise Apartments

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for The Residences at Rainier Square. You will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities to achieve revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals in a luxury high‑rise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Oversee on‑site traffic, monitor day‑to‑day leasing activities, and ensure occupancy targets are met.
• Manage and develop the on‑site leasing team.
• Participate in the leasing process: generate traffic, lease apartments, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move‑ins.
• Analyze financial, closing‑ratio, and operational reports to resolve performance issues.
• Respond promptly to resident and ownership inquiries.

Required profile

• Previous multi‑family leasing experience; luxury high‑rise experience preferred.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong professionalism in manner and dress.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or One Site (preferred).
