Door Person – Residential Concierge

About the role

The Residences at Rainier Square is seeking a Door Person to serve as the welcoming face of the building. This position ensures a secure, friendly entrance experience for residents, guests, and visitors while supporting day‑to‑day operations of the lobby and guest areas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and prospects with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Monitor and control building access, verifying identities and authorizing entry.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment is recorded and the suite is clean for arrivals.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning so they are ready for use.
• Provide neighborhood information and assistance to residents and visitors.
• Respond calmly and efficiently to security or emergency situations.

Required profile
