About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a Part‑Time Pre‑Clerk to join its Knoxville Service Center. The role involves supporting the office and dispatch teams during the 2nd shift.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls on a multi‑line phone system and redirect them to the appropriate contacts.
- Perform data entry and process driver paperwork.
- Assist dispatchers with routine tasks and other duties as requested by management.
Required profile
- Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
- Dependable, well‑organized and computer literate.
- Strong office, telephone and communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Proficiency with Outlook and other Microsoft Office products.
