About the role
As a Pre‑leasing Sales & Lifestyle Consultant at Windrose, you will play a key role in the lease‑up phase, helping to establish the community’s presence in the market while driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct resident tours and lease negotiations to achieve leasing targets.
- Promote the community’s lifestyle amenities and events to attract prospective residents.
- Drive occupancy and revenue through proactive pre‑leasing activities.
- Provide ongoing lifestyle and service support to current residents to encourage retention.
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to ensure a seamless move‑in experience.
Required profile
