About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a Part‑Time Pre‑Clerk for its Strafford, MO Service Center. The role supports daily office operations, handling calls, data entry, and driver paperwork.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and redirect calls on a multi‑line phone system.
- Enter data and process driver paperwork accurately.
- Assist dispatchers with routine tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
- Dependable, well‑organized and computer literate.
- Strong office, telephone and communication skills.
Required skills
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft Office products.
