Practice Leader, Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB‑GYN)

About the role

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Practice Leader for its Obstetrics and Gynecology team at the Hazleton campus. The role offers full‑time, part‑time or per‑diem options and provides an opportunity to shape women’s health services in eastern Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive OB‑GYN clinical care to a community serving approximately 650 births annually.
• Participate in practice leadership, education, clinical research, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and midwives across multiple sites.

Required profile

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified OB‑GYN (or PA with appropriate licensure).
• Current PA medical license (or ability to obtain one).
• 3‑5 years of obstetrics clinical experience preferred.

Required skills

• Clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Leadership or practice‑management experience.
