Practice Director, Technology

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Practice Director, Technology in San Francisco. The role maintains above-average performance metrics, leads business generation, directs and motivates direct reports, takes part in recruiting new hires and communicates effectively across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance, meet productivity standards and manage time and priorities
• Attract, source, train, develop and retain staff, and build a culture of collaboration
• Achieve pricing goals and recognize and act on business trends quickly
• Manage change, resolve issues with staff, clients and candidates, and run effective meetings
• Lead customer retention and expansion, build customer loyalty and promote an inclusive, respectful work environment
• Meet business generation, revenue and pricing goals based on location, with a total headcount of up to 4 including the practice director

Required profile

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience, or equivalent
• Proven performance in a talent manager or director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases and other technology systems

What we offer

• Salary range of $70,304 to $93,000, negotiable, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus
