Practice Director, Perm

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Practice Director in Saddle Brook, NJ. The role maintains above-average performance metrics, leads business generation, directs and motivates direct reports, takes part in recruiting new hires and communicates effectively across the organization. Total headcount is up to 4, including the practice director.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance, meet productivity standards and manage time and priorities
• Attract and source talent, train, develop and retain staff, and achieve target performance metrics
• Achieve pricing goals and stay attuned to daily and weekly business trends
• Build customer retention and expansion strategy, provide superior service and resolve issues with staff, clients and candidates
• Manage change, run effective meetings and promote collaboration and recognition
• Lead with integrity, build trust, support an inclusive environment and follow through on commitments

Required profile

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience, or equivalent
• Proven performance in a talent manager or director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases and other technology systems

What we offer

• Salary range of $62,000 to $116,000, negotiable depending on experience and location
