About the role
The PLM Support Specialist provides technical assistance for Teamcenter and related engineering applications, ensuring smooth operation for global users. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and stay current with software releases.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Teamcenter and its integrations (NX, AutoCAD, ePlan, etc.).
- Deliver user training on Teamcenter functionality and new releases.
- Collaborate with IT staff to maintain system stability and performance.
- Assist with cloud computing environments and support other engineering applications such as Configura, Zuken, and related tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a production or engineering environment.
- Experience supporting global applications and working with distributed support teams.
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and customer‑service skills.
