About the role
IT8 USA Corporation is seeking an experienced PLC Programmer to develop, program, test, and troubleshoot industrial automation systems for US‑based projects. You will work closely with engineering teams and customers to deliver safe, efficient automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Allen‑Bradley Studio 5000/RSLogix.
- Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Design and implement PLC logic, machine sequences, and automation solutions for manufacturing systems.
- Commission, test, debug, and optimize automated production lines.
- Support installation, startup, and production ramp‑up activities at customer facilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Automotive, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of PLC programming experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel extensively across the US.
Required skills
- Allen‑Bradley Studio 5000 / RSLogix programming.
- Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7 (highly preferred).
- PLC programming and HMI integration.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
