Electrical Installation Site Manager

About the role

IT8 is seeking an Electrical Installation Site Manager to lead the electrical implementation of automated production systems. You will coordinate on‑site activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and deliver reliable electrical installations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on‑site electrical installation activities, planning phases, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Resolve technical and operational incidents during electrical assembly and supervise installation personnel, including supervisors and team leaders.
• Identify risks, determine required resources, ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and guarantee proper documentation and technical closure.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of supervision experience in electrical installation projects for automated or robotic lines, preferably automotive.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with total availability to travel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
