Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

The Planning & Analysis Manager will be a key member of the Consumer Planning & Optimization (P&O) team, supporting analysis, sizing and prioritisation of high‑impact initiatives that drive growth and increase customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tracking, monitoring and reporting of business performance metrics such as revenue, profit, retention, CLV, ROI and P&O KPIs.
• Develop and operate scalable reporting, forecasting templates and the overall business‑intelligence infrastructure.
• Partner with Analytics and FP&A teams to streamline processes, improve data infrastructure and avoid duplication of effort.
• Establish performance baselines for modelling key consumer actions and support Roku’s international expansion strategy.
• Build business cases and models for company‑wide initiatives, exploring new investment areas with high return potential.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Intelligence, Analytics and other cross‑functional teams to execute new programs.

Required profile

• Experience analysing and prioritising high‑impact business initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop scalable reporting and forecasting solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with Analytics, FP&A and Customer Intelligence teams.
