About the role

Join Oregano's kitchen team as a Pizza Baker, preparing high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced environment. You will work directly with guests’ dining experience and receive comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

Accurately follow recipes and procedures to produce consistent, exceptional pizza and related dishes.
Manage an assigned station efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards, keeping the workspace clean and organized.
Collaborate with kitchen staff, including assisting with dishwashing when needed.
Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and any incidents promptly.

Required profile

High‑volume kitchen experience preferred.
Valid state‑issued food safety and handling certification.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in hot or cold conditions.
Must be at least 16 years old (18 years to operate certain equipment) with effective communication skills.
