Physician (MD) – Remote Telehealth Mental Health

About the role

Joyous.team is seeking a board‑certified MD to join its AI‑powered mental health platform. You will deliver virtual consultations, assess eligibility for very low dose ketamine therapy, and prescribe evidence‑based treatment protocols through a secure telehealth system.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 video consultations to evaluate patients for VLD ketamine therapy.
• Prescribe and monitor treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and DEA requirements.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and clinical leaders to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the platform’s electronic records.

Required profile

• U.S. licensed MD with an active DEA license in the practicing state(s).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth or mental‑health settings.
• Commitment to patient safety, empathy, and high‑quality clinical care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth video platforms.
• Familiarity with DEA regulations and state licensure requirements.
• Ability to integrate AI‑driven clinical decision tools into practice.
