Physical Therapy Assistant – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide home health visits for adult and geriatric patients throughout Windsor/Windham County, VT. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help clients achieve optimal physical well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with treatment, testing, education and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Perform other activities as requested, including documentation and coordination of care.

Required profile

• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Vermont.
• Graduated from an APTA‑approved two‑year program or equivalent experience with a satisfactory proficiency exam.
• At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
