Full-Time RN Clinical Field Educator – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Home Health RN to serve as a Clinical Field Educator. In this full‑time position you will mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a small personal caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Precept and mentor new RNs/LPNs during home visits and via Zoom, guiding them through their first year.
• Coordinate onboarding, training calendars, and competency assessments for multiple new hires.
• Provide direct patient care for at least 50% of the time, including case management, medication administration, wound care, and documentation using a tablet‑based system.
• Collaborate with clinical education teams to improve clinician retention and training consistency.

Required profile

• Active RN license in Vermont.
• Prior Medicare‑Certified Home Health experience (HCHB preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and organizational skills.
