About the role
COG Restore is seeking a full‑time outpatient Physical Therapist for its St. Thomas clinic in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The position offers a varied caseload and the chance to work alongside PTs, PTAs, OTs, rehab techs, and administrative staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one patient care across orthopedics, post‑op, sports, balance, neuro and other areas.
- Collaborate with the St. Thomas and St. Croix teams and support potential growth into a clinical instructor role for DPT students.
Required profile
- DPT or MSPT degree from an accredited program.
- Active PT license or eligibility for USVI licensure; new graduates are welcome.
- Genuine interest in making St. Thomas home.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the WebPT electronic medical record system.
What we offer
- Salary $80,000‑$95,000 per year, based on experience.
- Relocation reimbursement and assistance with USVI licensure.
- 120 hours PTO, 24 hours paid sick leave, paid holidays, CEU allowance.
- Health insurance participation option and 401K participation after one year.
