Physical Therapist – Outpatient – Ortho – Sports – Float

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join the outpatient orthopaedic and sports team at Willoughby Hills Family Health Center. This float position supports multiple East Region locations, providing evidence‑based care to improve patients' strength, mobility, and functional outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities such as electrical stimulation and blood‑flow restriction.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical workspace and support daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work part‑time (32 hours) on a day‑shift rotation across multiple sites.
