About the role
The Physical Therapist will join Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus outpatient orthopaedic team, providing hands‑on care to patients recovering from pain and injury. This full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday position emphasizes collaboration, patient education, and high‑quality rehabilitation.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques appropriate to the patient’s age and condition.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and other support personnel.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Required skills
- Physical therapy assessment and treatment planning.
- Proficiency in standard physical therapy techniques and interventions.
- Ability to supervise and mentor PT assistants and students.
