About the role
The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join its Inpatient – Acute team on the Main Campus. You will evaluate and treat patients with complex clinical needs, helping them regain strength, mobility, and independence in a fast‑paced acute care environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, pain‑management, and mobility training.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and other support personnel.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prior experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- State Physical Therapist licensure.
