Physical Therapist – Home Health (Full/Part Time)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide in‑home care to clients in the east Tucson area. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules, a $10,000 bonus for full‑time commitment, and the chance to build meaningful patient relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments in clients' homes.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans, including gait training, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
• Document all care using BAYADA’s EMR system and educate clients and families on long‑term self‑care.

Required profile

• Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility).
• Graduated from an accredited PT program.
• Willingness to work independently with 24/7 clinical support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (training provided).
