About the role

The Physical Therapist Aquatics provides outpatient therapy services at Ochsner Neuroscience Institute, delivering autonomous patient evaluations, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.

Key responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment programs.
Assess patient response, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
Achieve productivity targets related to access to care, patient experience, and quality metrics.
Assist in program development to meet community and patient needs.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
Current state physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
