Physical Therapist – Acute Care (Full‑Time)

About the role

Exceptional care starts with exceptional people. This position evaluates patients and provides inpatient physical therapy treatment programs based on physician orders. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to guide patients toward the most appropriate post‑acute or home care setting and achieve their specific goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and deliver treatment programs tailored to patient‑specific goals.
• Assess patient response to therapy and adjust treatment plans to improve outcomes and maintain safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with documentation standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure treatment protocols support hospital quality and safety targets.
• Adapt communication and procedures to respect patient privacy and individual needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong judgment and decision‑making abilities when dealing with varied patients and diagnoses.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to travel between facilities.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Computer software and web‑based application proficiency.
