About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital as a Pharmacy Intern and gain hands‑on experience in inpatient medication management, patient consultation, and pharmacy operations.

Key responsibilities

Review and assess medication orders to identify and resolve drug‑related issues.
Recommend formulary alternatives when appropriate.
Compound and prepare medications for delivery to patient care areas.
Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients.
Communicate with physicians and clinicians to facilitate patient care.

Required profile

Enrollment in an accredited College of Pharmacy program meeting Ohio Intern License requirements or equivalent international qualification.
Current State Board of Pharmacy Intern License (PH/INT) before hire.

Required skills

Knowledge of medication order review and drug information.
Ability to compound and prepare sterile and non‑sterile medications.
