About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring an Inside Producer for its Personal Lines Sales Center in Raleigh. As part of the team, you will sell new insurance to referrals, teammates and other sources in a centralized sales environment, building strong relationships with insurance, business and individual partners so that you become their trusted insurance contact.

Required profile

High school graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience
Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor
Independent thinking with an ambitious, goal-oriented mindset
Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals

The following are a plus but not required: Property & Casualty Insurance license and sales experience.

Required skills

Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products
