Personal Lines Account Manager – Insurance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a portfolio of individual insurance clients. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, advising on coverage needs, and supporting clients throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, providing proactive service and support.
• Assess client insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and prepare quotes and renewals.
• Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring timely communication and updates.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow‑up and communication.
• Stay informed on market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving attitude.
